Choked with emotion, this is the moment Journey's Neal Schon proposed to an open mouthed Michaele Salahi live on stage.
The guitarist chose to pop the question in front of fans while playing the song Faithfully at a benefit concert in Los Angeles.
The blonde Real Housewives star was so excited she bounced up and down in delight, kissing her new fiance and sobbing.
And her excitement only grew as she glimpsed the $1million 11.42 carat diamond ring.
Delighted Salahi told Entertainment Tonight: '[This is the] biggest night of my life
'It's a dream for me. I loved Neal for a long, long time.'

Schon, her friend of 16 years, told the channel: 'I wasn't [nervous] going in but when it actually happened and the moment came, you know, I kind of locked up... It wasn't coming out and I got really emotional so I just went down on one knee and did it.'
While she may have loved Neal for 'a long time', Salahi was married to Real Housewives of DC star Tareq Salahi until they split just over a year ago.
The split made headlines when Tareq reported his wife missing and kidnapped.
It soon emerged that the now 47-year-old blonde had run off with Schon, 58.
The proposal was apparently a complete surprise to Salahi, who became officially divorced from Tareq back in August.
Neal and Michaele first met in the Nineties, and are said to have dated during that period.
The Salahis gained national attention in November 2009 by crashing a White House state dinner in honor of India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
