Scruffy Britney makes an arresting sight for all the wrong reasons as she jets to the UK to film Criminal video

With a considerable fortune and am army of stylists at her behest, there's never any reason for Britney Spears to look shabby.
She's human, of course, and like anyone is entitled to scruffy days, but it's amazing how frequently the 29-year-old is seen with unkempt hair.
