The sun-loving platinum blonde enjoyed the sparkling turquoise Caribbean waters and enjoyed a stroll on the soft sand with a male companion.
She later slipped on a towel to relax in a cabana and reapply her lipstick, proving that it's as important as ever for the glamourous grandma to look her best.
Her beau seemed happy and relaxed in Ivana's company as they strolled together, played in the surf and then retreated to sun beds.
Which were, oddly considering Ivana's mahogany hide, out of the sunlight.
The matriarch seems to have chosen a boyfriend who is closer to her age at last..
Ivana split from last husband Rossano Rubicondi in 2008 after just eight months of marriage.
