Is an old flame heating up Kim Kardashian's Valentine's Day this year?
Amid reports last weekend that the reality star reunited over lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush, a source tells PEOPLE that the two are just friends – at least for now.
"They don't know what will happen," the source says. "They're taking it slow. They love each other so much and miss each other, but their relationship is so complicated."

Less than four months after announcing her split from Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage, Kardashian, 31, who last called it quits with the NFL pro, 26, in 2010, is in no rush to enter another relationship.
"Things are up in the air," the source adds. "Kim very much wants to take her time and be single and heal from her divorce."
Bush, who first stepped out with Kardashian in 2007, might also want to check in with stepfather Bruce Jenner.
"The next guy's got to go through me," Jenner said on Tuesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I can tell if it's going to work or not."

It's usually time to pick out the Sunday best when bonding with the in-laws.

So Kim Kardashian's wardrobe choice was a little unusual for a meeting with Mama and Papa Humphries. 

The newlyweds took a visit to Kris' hometown for the first time as a married couple to spend a long weekend with his family and friends.

Dressed in a long black dress that tickled at the ankles, Kim teamed the frock with a pair of cork wedges that generously added a few extra inches.

However despite the additional boost, the 5ft 2in reality star still loitered below Kris' shoulder - not a difficult feat considering his 6ft 9in stature.

Kim Kardashian wastes no time getting down to business with her new husband after a romantic dinner for two.

The newlywed reality star and Kris Humphries are pictured getting frisky on a sun lounger during their Italian honeymoon, with Kim showering her man with kisses while lying on top of him.

In another shot, 26-year-old Kris is seen shirtless as the couple's amorous encounter heats up.

Kim, 30, married Kris on Saturday in a lavish ceremony in Montecito, California.

They then took a flight to Italy on Monday where they are enjoying a short break together in a luxury resort on the Amalfi coast.

The pair are clearly making the most of their time alone - as they are soon heading back to the states.

Kim and Kris, a former New Jersey Nets basketball star, are expected to attend a party in New York before Kim makes her way back to Los Angeles.

On Sunday she is due to present an award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Her wedding to Kris was captured on camera for a TV special which will air on the E! network in October.

Guests included Lindsay Lohan, former Spice Girl Mel B, Demi Lovato and RnB singer Ciara.

However, not all guests were overly impressed by the wedding.

One told Us Weekly: 'Everybody felt awkward, like it was all for the cameras and more like a TV show than a wedding.'
