Lindsay Lohan made a glamorous appearance at amfAR's Milan Fashion Week Gala in Italy tonight
The Mean Girls star slipped into a slinky backless dress to mingle with stars including Heidi Klum and Bar Refaeli at La Permanente.
The stars were out in force to raise money for Aids research.
The 25-year-old arrived on the red carpet alone, despite rumours she is in the throes of a new romance with millionaire hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
