Looking comfortable in a stretchy black top, purple shrug and long fringed skirt, Elizabeth Berkley shyly tried to cover up her growing belly.
Looking decidedly like a 1960s flower power girl, the 39-year-old strategically held a canvas tote bag over her stomach.
As she walked to a salon appointment in Beverly Hills, her long hair flowed down her back and she wore a crocheted bracelet on her wrist. Her feet were slipped into comfortable flip flops with rhinestone straps.
Approximately six months pregnant, Elizabeth has yet to say what gender the baby will be.
She and artist husband Greg Lauren, nephew of designer Ralph Lauren, announced just last month that the baby is due this summer.
'We are so excited to share this moment and special news,' she told TMZ. 'In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them.'
Berkley, though, seems shy to be blossoming into motherhood.
Whenever she has been spotted out this month, she has tried to hide her belly with various bags.
Yesterday, she was clearly trying to hide her bump, placing her tote squarely in front of her tummy.
Berkley shot to fame as a child actress in Saved by the Bell, where she starred as AC Slater's on/off girlfriend Jessie Spano.
A turn starring in the widely-panned 1995 stripper movie, Showgirls, put a crimp into her career, but she bounced back.
Barely a television season goes by without Berkley guest starring in shows such as CSI Miami and The L Word.
